| 2012 Field School Crew |
In 2012 the field school partnered with the Society for California Archaeology (SCA) and the US Forest service to survey and record archaeological sites along a portion of the Monterey coastline to monitor and determine the impacts of global climate change. The students continued their work along the California coastline with archaeological excavations done, in partnership with DOI archaeologists, at Camp San Luis Obispo (click here for a message from DOI archaeologist Ethan Bertrando about Cabrillo's archaeological work on post).
